MuxLab HDMI 2.1 48Gbps 4x1 Switch Audio De-embedder is an advanced 4x1 HDMI switch designed for installations where multiple HDMI sources, ultra-high resolutions up to 8K, and simultaneous audio extraction are required. It supports 4 HDMI inputs and 1 HDMI output, making it a flexible solution for modern professional and residential AV environments.

The unit is HDCP 2.3 compliant and supports 48Gbps FRL and 18Gbps TMDS video bandwidth. It can handle resolutions up to 8K @ 60Hz 4:2:0 12-bit, 8K @ 30Hz 4:4:4 12-bit, and 4K @ 120Hz 4:4:4 12-bit, in line with the HDMI 2.1 specification. It also supports HDR, HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and HLG pass-through, ensuring compatibility with today’s high-performance video formats

For audio, it provides audio de-embedding from both the HDMI inputs and TV eARC, with output through optical SPDIF and analog L/R audio ports. It also supports LPCM 7.1CH, Dolby TrueHD, Atmos, DTS-HD Master, and DTS:X audio pass-through, offering excellent flexibility for connection to external sound systems, amplifiers, or AV receivers. In addition, it features advanced EDID management, CEC control, and firmware upgrades via USB-C, adding convenience and control to the installation.
