Each Service Point can provide you with all the necessary details regarding your product’s commercial warranty as well as the repair procedure.

Warranty Terms
The commercial warranty provides coverage in addition to your legal rights, which derive from the relevant provisions on the sale of consumer goods and guarantees under Greek law. Your statutory rights are in no way affected by the commercial warranty offered by A. Gkionis – P. Simperas S.A.

In general, to stay informed about the warranty duration of products available on metroaudiosystems.gr, you can consult the respective product page as well as the manufacturer’s website.
Packaging Issues Upon Delivery
When receiving your product(s), please inspect the packaging carefully to identify any possible damage that may have occurred during transport.
If you notice any issue, please contact the Djmania Dispatch Department before accepting the delivery.
If a problem is detected after receipt, please contact the Djmania Customer Service Department immediately.
DOA Replacement Procedure
For products that present a technical defect upon delivery (Dead-On-Arrival), certain suppliers provide the possibility of a commercial replacement due to DOA.
This option is offered by our company according to the instructions of the respective supplier and applies for a specific period after purchase (usually within three days from the date of receipt, unless otherwise specified by the supplier).
If replacement (and not repair) is provided, the product must be sent to the supplier’s authorized return point for inspection and approval of the replacement, always following the supplier’s DOA policy.
It is important to contact the warranty provider in advance to be informed about the correct procedure.
Please note that turntable cartridges and needles, as well as speaker units damaged due to misuse (such as amplifier or speaker overdriving), are not covered by warranty.
The warranty is also void if the serial number or identification markings of the device have been altered, changed, or removed.
Shipping Costs to Authorized Service Points
Shipments to and from service centers are at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise stated by the supplier or manufacturer.
Before sending any product, it is recommended to contact the relevant service point to confirm the procedure and applicable costs.
