If you have received a non-functional product and would like to have it replaced with a new one instead of returning it, please follow the specific replacement procedure outlined by the manufacturer. This procedure, known as "Dead-On-Arrival" or "DOA," can be found in the Warranties - Service section.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are an individual (consumer) and your purchase is intended for personal use rather than for your individual business activities, you are entitled to withdraw within 14 calendar days by returning the product to us. The right of withdrawal applies if the product is in its original condition, and the return is made at your own expense within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the product (whether you return it yourself or send it through a carrier). Once the return is approved, we will refund you the total amount you paid for the specific purchase, using the same payment method you used (excluding any shipping charges).
Statutory right of withdrawal
You are entitled to withdraw from this Contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for withdrawal shall be fourteen (14) days from the date on which you or a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the final goods delivered.
In case of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, the condition for the return is that the product is in its original condition, that the packaging is intact and that all accessories, any gifts, accompanying products and materials are included.
In case that the product has been damaged or its value has been diminished due to mistreatment that exceeds a reasonable examination of its functionality and features, the reduction in value will be addressed through monetary compensation. In such instances, you will receive a partial refund of the original total amount paid, which will be determined by our distribution department. Rest assured that you will be notified prior to the completion of the credit and refund process in any such situation.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal: Delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and have been manufactured on the basis of a personal choice or according to customer specifications, or of goods which have clearly been tailored to the customer’s personal requirements.
Delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable to be returned for reasons relating to health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery.
Return due to wrong product delivery
If you have received a product that is different from the one you ordered, you have the right to return it within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase without incurring any shipping charges. However, please note that the return is only possible if the product is in its original condition and with its complete original packaging.
In these specific cases, we will cover the shipping costs, provided that you have contacted our Customer Service Department beforehand.
Return due to incorrect product selection
A.GIONIS - P.SYMPERAS S.A. and djmania.gr provide the option to request a return of the purchased product even beyond the standard 14-day right of withdrawal period. This option is available not only for personal use purchases but also for professional use purchases. However, it is important to note that the product must be in an intact condition with its original sealed packaging, and the return should be made within a reasonable timeframe considering the product's lifecycle.
It is essential to acknowledge that A.GIONIS - P.SYMPERAS S.A. reserves the right to decline any return request without being obligated to provide a justification for their decision.
Please be advised that products that are not returned in their original condition cannot be accepted for return. However, in exceptional cases where a return is accepted due to special circumstances, the company will provide partial reimbursement determined based on the product's condition and current commercial value, following an evaluation by our distribution department.
Regarding shipping costs, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the shipping expenses for the returned product.
In the situations mentioned above, excluding the Right of Withdrawal, any request for replacement or refund will be assessed after a comprehensive inspection of the returned product. The eligibility for replacement or refund will be determined based on the criteria mentioned earlier. If a refund is deemed appropriate (or a partial refund in cases of reduced amounts), it will be provided in the form of a Gift Voucher that can be utilized for future purchases.
