Explanation of Availability Symbols

• Immediate shipping - The product is available for immediate shipment to the shipping or courier company. All product orders marked "Immediately Available" placed by 1:00 PM daily are shipped the same day and delivered the next business day.
• Available in the physical store - The product is immediately available and you can pick it up from our store at 91 Pentelis Avenue, Chalandri, 15234.

Opening hours: Monday and Wednesday 10:00 - 18:00, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10:00 - 20:00, Saturday 10:00 - 15:00.

• Ships in 1 - 3 days - The product is available for shipment to the carrier or courier company in 1 - 3 days
• Ships in 2 - 3 days - The product is available for shipment to the carrier or courier company in 2 - 3 days
• Ships in 2 - 4 days - The product is available for shipment to the carrier or courier company in 2 - 4 days
• Usually within 10 days - The product is available for shipment to the carrier or courier company within 10 days
• Usually in 3 - 4 weeks - The product is available for shipment to the carrier or courier company in 3 - 4 weeks
• Shipping in 1 month - The product is available for shipment to the carrier or courier company in 1 month
• Shipment in 2 - 3 months - The product is available for shipment to the shipping or courier company in 2 - 3 months
• Shipment in 4 - 5 months - The product is available for shipment to the shipping or courier company in 4 - 5 months

After sending your order, you will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order, which will contain all the information (voucher number, the shipping company - courier or transport agency, and its contact details).When your package is sent by courier, you can enter the voucher number in the "Shipment Search" field on the ACS Courrier company website https://www.acscourier.net/el/track-and-trace to see the progress of your order in detail.

Djmania Shipping Charges

• For orders within Attica up to €59.99: Charge €4.00
• For orders within Attica (Angistri, Aegina, Kythira, Poros, Salamina, Spetses, Troizinia, Hydra) up to €59.99: Charge €6.00
• For orders outside Attica up to €59.99: Charge €6.00
• For orders over €60: Free shipping*
• Saturday delivery by Courier: Additional charge €3.00

Note: Free shipping applies to orders delivered within Greece. For shipments outside Greece, please contact the shipping department at 210 6144068.

For heavy or bulky packages, the shipment is made via a shipping agency. You can contact the agency to track the package, using the phone number that will be sent to you via email. If you wish to have the shipment made via courier, please note this in the order comments or contact us at 210 6144068.

Pickup from our Store

If you choose to pick up from our store, you will receive an email notification to pick up your order. The pickup time may vary depending on product availability.
