Payment methods
For your best service, www.djmania.gr has the following payment methods at your disposal. All you have to do is choose the one you wish to use for paying for your purchases, as long as its option is enabled on the checkout page before confirming your order. The activation of each payment method depends on factors such as the shipping method, your address, the total value of your order, etc.
Store
Choose from the wide range of products at Djmania, the products you want. Add them to the Djmania cart Select the delivery method "Pick up from the store" Your order will be ready at our store and you will be able to pay for it in any way you wish at the checkout of our store.
Cash on delivery
If you choose to pay by cash on delivery, you will need to pay in cash at the time of delivery. It is noted that, according to the applicable legislation (see the Relevant Legislation paragraph below), for orders whose total value exceeds €500 (including taxes and other charges), payment by cash on delivery can only be made via debit or credit card at the courier's POS upon delivery.
Note: cash on delivery is not available for shipments outside Greece, as well as for heavy or bulky packages. In these cases, you can pay for your order via bank deposit, credit or debit card, PayPal, KLARNA, Installment Plan through TBI bank (cash on delivery is not accepted).
The shipment will be carried out in consultation with you, through a transport agency, and the delivery will be made to your door within two days. For inaccessible areas where the agency does not have access, the pickup will be made from the agency's headquarters.
In the event that an account has recorded more than three refusals to receive cash on delivery orders, the store reserves the right to not accept this specific payment method for future orders and to request payment for the order via bank deposit before shipping.
Debit | Credit | Prepaid Card
The djmania.gr online store accepts Visa and Mastercard credit, debit, and prepaid cards. In addition to the above, AMEX and Diners are also accepted at the physical store.
If you choose to pay by credit card, for some of these cards you have the option to pay in installments (from 1 to 12 installments). Please note that installments (with or without additional charges) are available for purchases made both online and in-store.
djmania.gr has taken all necessary measures, using the most modern and advanced methods, to ensure that your transactions are carried out with the highest possible level of security. All information related to our customers’ personal data is treated as confidential and is protected through an online security system for commercial transactions.
Payment via Paypal
You can pay for your order with your PayPal account. To activate the payment you will be redirected to the PayPal login page. Your account will be charged on the day of your order. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create one from the PayPal login page (www.paypal.gr). For information about the PayPal service, please visit the service's website. Payment with PayPal is only offered for On-Line orders from www.djmania.gr.
Credit card installment plan
With your credit card, you can make your purchases in 12 interest-free installments. The Bank's prepaid cards do not participate in installment programs as this type of transaction is only offered on credit cards.
Orders paid for by credit card will only be delivered to the credit card holder upon presentation of the card and ID. Orders paid for by credit card will not be delivered to a third party.
Deposit to a bank account
If you do not have a credit card and the cash on delivery method does not suit you, you can prepay your order via bank account. Below are the accounts of the banks we cooperate with, as well as the iban (for web banking use).

Payment via Klarna in 3 Interest-Free Installments
Your shopping experience at Djmania has been upgraded, made even more enjoyable and flexible! Now you have the ability to make purchases worth 35 to 1500 euros and repay them in 3 interest-free installments. Simple, fast and easy!
Add the desired product worth 35 to 1500 euros to your cart and select Klarna as the payment method. See the amount of the 3 interest-free installments and complete the payment.
If this is your first purchase with Klarna, you will need to register with the service to confirm your identity, filling in all the necessary information that will be requested.
Note: You will need to provide an identification document (e.g. ID) in the form of a photo or file.

Payment via Tbi Bank in 3 to 60 Installments
Buy Now Pay Later is a financing program for purchases worth up to €10,000 and repayments up to 60 months, without the use of a credit card at djmania physical stores and the online store djmania.gr.
For purchases worth between €20 and €800, repayment is made in up to 4 equal interest-free installments. The first installment is received immediately upon application for financing.
For purchases worth from €801 to €10,000, repayment can be made in 3 to 60 monthly installments with an interest rate ranging from 11.6% to 20.6%.

Relevant Legislation:
According to Law L.4446/2016, article 69 § 2, "Tax documents with a total value of five hundred (500) euros or more, issued for the sale of goods or the provision of services to individuals, are paid by their recipients, purchasers of the goods or services, exclusively by using card payment methods or other electronic payment methods, such as, but not limited to, bank transfer, payment via payment account, use of an electronic wallet.
Payment for these items in cash is not permitted. Therefore, orders with a value of more than 500 euros including taxes and other charges must be paid in the above ways.
