To make your browsing even easier, we have organized our products into categories that you will easily find in the menu of our website (top left). For even more direct access, we encourage you to use the smart search that will take you directly to the product or category and/or brand you desire.

At djmania.gr we make every effort to provide you with high quality services and information on our products. However, cases of errors in prices and product features cannot be ruled out. For your best service, if you notice a particularly low price on a product without any relevant indication, or a particularly high price, please contact the customer service department before ordering the product.

Once you have found your favorite products, you can order them in one of the following ways:

Electronics in the djmania.gr cart

Select the product(s) you want and place them in the cart by clicking the "add to cart" button.

Go to the my cart page by clicking on the corresponding link (https://www.djmania.gr/el/mycart)

Then, you will need to log in to your account, if you have one, or complete your order as a guest by filling in only your email. If you wish, you can also register from the cart.

Then you will need to fill in your billing information (Name, Surname, Address, Zip Code, Country, Prefecture, Contact Phone Number, and invoice information if you wish to have an invoice issued for your purchase. You have the option to select a shipping address different from the billing address in step 2.

You choose the shipping method (if you want us to ship it to you or you want to pick it up from our store) and the payment method. For pick-up from the store, it is not possible to choose the payment method with cash on delivery.

Finally, you can fill in any additional information and confirm your order.

By phone

You can call our customer service center: 210 6144 068 Monday - Wednesday 10:00 - 18:30, Tuesday - Thursday - Friday 10:00 - 20:30 and Saturday 10:00 - 15:00 (excluding holidays). There you can chat with our specialized staff, learn more about the product you are interested in and order it by giving the code djmania which is listed on each product page of our online store. 

Attention: orders with a payment method that requires you to log in to banking or other similar institutions cannot be placed over the phone. Contact with the Customer Service Department can also be made in writing via email at info@djmania.gr.


Purchases from the physical store djmania.gr

You can visit our store located in Chalandri, at the address: 91 Pentelis Avenue, 15234. Our specialized staff will help you choose the right product for you and will answer any questions you may have.

All products that are available in the physical store are marked with a special label under availability on the product page stating the following: Immediately available and for pickup from the store.

Orders and Availability

Placing your order on djmania.gr does not automatically reserve stock. djmania.gr may not fulfill an order or part of it in cases where the available stock in relation to the order is insufficient. In these cases, you will always be informed by written and telephone communication. The final confirmation of your order is made upon collection of the products.

Explanation of Availability Symbols

In stock - Immediately available: the product is in stock in the warehouses of djmania.gr, therefore, if the quantity is sufficient and the order is placed daily by 1:00 p.m., it can be shipped the same day.

Immediately available for pick-up from the store: the product is also in stock at the physical store of djmania.gr, therefore, if the quantity is sufficient, you can pick up from the physical store of djmania.gr during the store's opening hours.

Available (Usually 1-3 days): The product is available (not discontinued) and can be shipped 1-3 business days after your order is placed.

Available (Usually 2-3 days): The product is available (not discontinued) and can be shipped 2-3 business days after your order is placed.

Διαθέσιμο (Συνήθως 2-4 μέρες): Το προϊόν είναι διαθέσιμο (όχι κατηργημένο) και μπορεί να αποσταλεί 2-4 εργάσιμες ημέρες μετά την καταχώρηση της παραγγελία σας.

Available (Usually 2-4 days): The product is available (not discontinued) and can be shipped 2-4 business days after your order is placed.

Estimated delivery date: The product is available (not discontinued) with an estimated delivery date at djmania on the date listed. After this date, orders placed will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Temporarily unavailable: The product is temporarily unavailable (the information comes from the respective representative office in our country).

After Order: The product is available (not discontinued) and can only be shipped after your order. In this case, a deposit is required with the confirmation of your order and the product cannot be returned. For products marked "After order", please contact our customer service department before placing an order to be informed of the exact shipping time.

Out of stock: The product is out of stock and is not expected to be available soon.

Available for pre-order: These are new products – either expected immediately (with limited availability) or built to order (an order is required for their production).

Pricing & Taxation Issues

All prices listed on djmania.gr include all legal taxes.

In case you are a taxable or non-taxable legal entity and are subject to a special taxation regime, the following applies:

If your headquarters are in Greece: and you belong to a region or category of businesses with a special taxation regime, then you must contact the Customer Service Department if this is the first time you are placing an order. The status of the subject must be proven by the certificate of submission of a declaration of work, which you must submit along with any other document deemed necessary and requested.

Automated Newsletter Emails

Upon completion of your order, you will receive an automated electronic notification message for its successful registration, to the email address you registered with your order details. This email only concerns the registration of your order and in no case does it imply full acceptance of your order by djmania.gr. The acceptance of your order is completed after specific checks that follow (such as stock control, credit check, etc.).
