INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Description

Muxlab HDMI over IP Receiver with Signage Player, combines an HDMI over IP receiver and a digital signage player in a single unit. It supports video resolutions up to 4K @ 60Hz (4:4:4) with H.264/H.265 compression, delivering high-quality performance for both AV over IP.

It can operate as an HDMI over IP Receiver when paired with compatible 500763/764-TX transmitters, enabling local HDMI extension up to 330 ft (100m) over unshielded twisted pair cable in a point-to-point setup. It also scales across the local Ethernet network for point-to-multipoint and multipoint-to-multipoint deployments, with support for Video Wall and Multiview applications.

In its role as a digital signage player, the device is managed through DigiSign CMS Software running on a PC and supports a wide range of media formats, including video, audio, images, HTML5, RSS feeds, and widgets. The platform allows efficient content creation and scheduling, while the player can operate autonomously by storing and executing schedules without external intervention.

Additional features include support for Multicast, RTSP, RTMP, and HLS, SPDIF (TosLink) audio output, and management through the MuxLab Network Controller (500812) and Muximus Network Controller (500813). As a signage player, it also supports playlists, yearly scheduling, multi-format media playback, and Multi-view / PiP layouts, and can be managed via DigiSign Cloud or the DigiSign CMS Windows application
