Description

Muxlab USB/HDMI Video Selector and Mixer, a versatile source switching and video mixing solution designed for professional video conferencing, web conferencing, and live broadcasting environments. It enables seamless switching between three different sources and supports mixed video output for more dynamic and flexible presentation workflows.

The Muxlab 500882 acts as both a source selector and a video mixer, supporting one USB 3.0 camera, one USB 2.0 camera, and one HDMI source, such as a laptop or document camera. It provides seamless switching between all three inputs, ensuring smooth transitions without disruptive image cuts during presentations or broadcasts.

The unit also supports video mixing with flexible layout options including picture-in-picture, side-by-side, and big/small views, allowing users to create more polished and engaging visual outputs. It features one HDMI 2.0 output for local monitoring and one USB-C (UAC/UVC) output for connection to a computer for video conferencing or live streaming applications.

Additional functionality includes an audio mixer, the ability to mute video/audio to the conferencing or broadcasting output, and multiple control options via front panel push buttons, RS232, and Ethernet. The unit ships with a 12VDC 1.5A power supply and also supports PoE, making deployment more flexible and installation cleaner.
