  • Enhanced clarity in critical frequency ranges
  • Cardioid polar pattern
  • Unparalleled tonal consistency
  • Durable design and construction for extended lifespan
Electret Principle Elevated to a New Level The KK 14 captures the characteristic sound of acoustic instruments with precision and neutrality. It transcends previous electret limitations to deliver broader bass and midrange with assured elegance in the treble. With maximum SPL of 153 dB, the KK 14 is open to every detail. Eight Elements of Perfection Neumann engineers re-examined the manufacturing process for electret-based microphones. Neumann selected a multi-layer structure where each unit of the KK 14 is engineered to deliver perfect results. Components are hand-assembled in Germany. The titanium housing expresses internal elegance in design and engineering. Tonal Consistency, Design, and Durability The multi-layer design delivers an unprecedented level of tonal consistency - every capsule sounds exactly the same. The modular design allows easy spare parts replacement. Nine mounting clips enable reliable placement on any instrument while being safe for every surface. The system connects with all major wireless systems. KK 14 Capsule Technical Specifications
