Description

Allen & Heath AB168, a portable 48kHz remote Audiorack for use with Qu, Avantis and SQ mixers, and with AHM audio matrix processors.

The AB168 provides 16 microphone preamps and 8 XLR line outputs in a convenient rugged design, with hard-wearing rubber bumpers, allows it to be placed directly on the stage floor during performances. The unit connects over a single Cat5 cable to the mixer or upstream Expander. A second port is provided for daisy-chaining to another compatible expander or for connection to a ME personal mixing system. An optional 4U rack mounting kit is available for installation in 19-inch racks.
