The perfect combination for StudioLive Series III consoles.

Designed to work flawlessly with PreSonus StudioLive Series III mixing consoles and recording devices, the PreSonus NSB 8.8 is an 8-input stage box that enables quick and easy signal transmission from stage to mixer via an AVB network.

With AVB networking, all audio signals are transmitted over a single CAT5e or CAT6 Ethernet cable, eliminating the need for heavy, expensive multi-cable snakes – eliminating signal degradation that occurs with long analog cables.
You can even remotely control the NSB 8.8s inputs, preamps, and phantom power from your connected StudioLive Series III console or with the free tablet control software, PreSonus UC Surface.

The NSB 8.8 is equipped with eight combo mic/line inputs featuring PreSonuss renowned XMAX Class A preamps with remote control. All line inputs can be controlled from a StudioLive Series III console and the PreSonus UC Surface software. All eight outputs feature locked XLR connectors. If thats not enough, a built-in 2-port AVB switch allows you to connect additional devices, providing plenty of connections for even larger broadcasts and installations.

What is AVB Networking?

Audio networking is much more than just a way to connect devices via digital cable. With AVB networking, you can connect digital audio devices over long distances using CAT5e or CAT6 Ethernet cable and transmit your audio anywhere on the network with extremely low noise. AVB offers many advantages that make it the best audio choice over other networking protocols.

For example, AVB provides a high-precision clock that significantly reduces harmonic distortion, ensuring your audio remains crystal clear.
