QUALITY & ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT POLICY

A. GIONIS P. SYMPERAS S.A. operates in the fields of professional audio, lighting, video, and automation systems.

With the goal of providing high-quality products and services to its customers, partners, and employees, the company is committed to implementing this Policy, which primarily aims to support and promote—consistently and effectively—the Management’s continuous efforts to enhance the quality of the products and services offered. This is done in a way that ensures the protection of human health and avoids the use of practices or methods that could harm the environment.

The company bases its relationships with clients and partners on professional ethics and on the continuous quality improvement of its human resources.

To implement this Policy, the company has developed and operates a Quality and Environmental Management System aligned with the International Standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.

In this context, the company’s Management is committed to:

  • Ensuring that this Policy is aligned with the company’s objectives and customer/legal requirements, and is applied and adhered to at all organizational levels.
  • Treating customers with respect and dignity, and responding promptly and willingly to their requests, including effective complaint handling.
  • Monitoring and complying with all environmental compliance obligations related to the company’s environmental aspects.
  • Identifying potential risks and opportunities associated with its activities and taking appropriate measures for prevention and response.
  • Operating with appropriate, modern, and well-maintained technical equipment.
  • Investing continuously in the development of new technologies and techniques that enhance the quality of its products and services.
  • Identifying and assessing the environmental aspects and impacts arising from its activities and taking necessary measures to minimize them.
  • Providing customers with necessary guidance to support efforts in improving the company’s environmental performance.
  • Ensuring the systematic identification, evaluation, and control of environmental impacts resulting from the company’s operations, including those involving providers, customers, and other interested parties.
  • Prioritizing the prevention of environmental accidents.
  • Safeguarding environmental protection, including pollution prevention, sustainable resource use, climate change mitigation and adaptation, and the protection of biodiversity and ecosystems in the region.
  • Using appropriate equipment and trained personnel across all areas of activity.
  • Minimizing and rationally managing generated waste, and increasing the proportion of recyclable materials versus those sent for disposal.
  • Establishing and implementing suitable environmental programs and developing adequate emergency preparedness and response plans.
  • Pursuing the continuous improvement and effectiveness of the Management System.
