Description

The Original Chorus Sound That Set the Standard

The WA-C1 vintage analog chorus & vibrato pedal features all the classic tone, functionality, and style of the legendary original, with additional controls for independent rate and depth adjustment and tone brightening. With a dedicated vibrato section and 100% analog preamp that is always active, the WA-C1 adds analog warmth and character to your sound. The carefully designed circuit delivers vintage modulation depth at maximum settings, while allowing variable depth for more subtle tones. True to the original, the WA-C1 offers lush, rich sound beloved by legendary artists like The Police, Queen, Stone Temple Pilots, Rush, and Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Deeper, Richer, Bigger: Vintage Chorus & Vibrato Tone

The WA-C1 analog chorus pedal delivers rich midrange with exceptional depth and detail characteristic of proper Bucket Brigade Device (BBD) analog chorus pedals. In vintage units, intensity increased the LFO speed with a triangle waveform, affecting BBD chip delay time and creating richer tone with faster rate. The WA-C1 overcomes vintage pedal limitations by allowing you to adjust depth for more subtle tones while maintaining modulation rates for greater sound versatility. When hi-z is engaged, the chorus instantly transforms from 1970s tone to 1980s tone with added midrange-highs and presence. Enabling high input sensitivity adds headroom and clarity to the overall sound. The WA-C1 features a flashing LED on the front to monitor the effect, displaying the active setting and modulation rate. 100% analog circuitry with premium components including the MN3007 Xvive BBD chip.
