Description

Q-SYS AD-C8T-SWZB, an 8-inch passive in-ceiling subwoofer with a zero-bezel design and bass reflex enclosure, designed for professional installations where low-frequency reinforcement and discreet ceiling integration are required. It supports 70V/100V distributed systems and 8Ω bypass operation.

The subwoofer features an 8-inch woofer with a 2-inch voice coil and ferrite magnet, providing a frequency range of 53Hz–195Hz (-10dB). Its rated sensitivity is 92.3dB, while maximum SPL reaches 113dB continuous and 125dB peak. The coverage pattern is omnidirectional, making it suitable for distributed in-ceiling low-frequency applications.

Continuous power handling is 250W at 8Ω, with a rated power of 500W. For distributed audio installations, it provides transformer taps of 25W / 50W / 100W / 200W at 70V and 50W / 100W / 200W at 100V, offering flexibility for different system sizes and installation requirements.
Connection is provided via a 4-pin Euroblock connector with parallel output, simplifying daisy-chain wiring. The construction combines an ABS baffle with a powder-coated steel back can, while the IP44 rating makes it suitable for demanding indoor applications. Tile rails, tile rings, cut-out templates, a wire connector and a white grille are included.

It also supports Intrinsic Correction™ voicings through the Q-SYS platform for optimized performance when used with compatible Q-SYS processors or amplifiers.
