The quartz-controlled motor system ensures precise speed accuracy with extremely low wow & flutter, even under demanding performance conditions. The familiar layout is retained, featuring a die-cast aluminium platter for enhanced stability and precision. The S-shaped tonearm includes a hydraulic lift, anti-skating and an SME connector, allowing easy installation of a wide range of cartridge systems.
The RP-5000 MK4 supports three speeds (33?, 45 and 78 rpm) and offers selectable pitch ranges of ±8%, ±16% and ±50%, along with a reverse switch for vinyl playback and a pitch reset function for instant tempo correction.
The redesigned chassis, combined with improved vibration-damping feet, effectively isolates the turntable from unwanted vibrations. A recessed connection panel allows seamless integration into any setup, including battle mode configurations. The gold-plated phono output and IEC connector with detachable cable provide reliable connectivity and maximum flexibility, while the newly developed internal switching power supply reduces interference and background noise.
