Gaffer Tape matt Description: Type 691 is manufactured from fabric tape coated with polyethylene. It is waterproof, adheres well to rough and irregular surfaces, and tears easily by hand. The tape has excellent adhesion. Gaffer Tape features a matt surface - making it the ideal solution for applications where a non-gloss and non-reflective surface is important. It can be removed without residue from most surfaces for up to 14 days. Application: Specifically used for stage and backstage work in theatre, opera and similar venues. Also used for temporary cable fixing on carpets and other surfaces, and for floor marking.
