The large 10.1-inch color capacitive touchscreen provides a clear view of playlists, waveforms, artwork, BPM, musical key, Hot Cues and Loops. Through the dedicated Source, Browse, Waveform and Shortcut screens, DJs can quickly select their music source, search for tracks and adjust the players main settings.
Dark and Light display modes are supported, ensuring excellent screen visibility in both dimly lit DJ booths and brightly illuminated environments.
With built-in Wi-Fi and wired LAN connectivity, the CDJ-1500X provides direct access to cloud-based music libraries and compatible streaming services. Through rekordbox StreamingDirectPlay, it supports Apple Music, Beatport Streaming and TIDAL, while rekordbox CloudDirectPlay enables access to music stored on Dropbox and Google Drive.
Users can quickly sign in to their account and online music libraries using a QR code, NFC or an authenticated USB storage device, making it easier for multiple DJs to use the same setup.
The CDJ-1500X supports OneLibrary and can play MP3, AAC, WAV, AIFF, Apple Lossless and FLAC files from USB devices, computers, mobile devices, cloud libraries and streaming services. It features one USB Type-A port and two USB Type-C ports, one for storage devices and one for connection to a PC or Mac.
Through PRO DJ LINK, up to four players can be connected to a compatible DJ mixer using a network switch, creating a complete and flexible professional DJ setup.
The CDJ-1500X is also compatible with the CoBeat platform, allowing the audience to send messages and music requests from their smartphones. Requests and messages appear directly on the players screen, giving DJs an additional way to interact with the crowd and monitor the energy of the dancefloor.
For greater visual customization, the front-panel LED can be illuminated in 12 different colors, while optional side panels are available to help the player blend seamlessly into the design of any DJ booth.
