Description

Solid State Logic SSL Alpha 8, AD/DA converter and expander unit, which can be used either standalone via USB, or as an I/O expansion for another sound card via ADAT/S/PDIF.

It features 8 analog inputs and 8 line-level outputs, 32-bit/192kHz converters with up to 123dB dynamic range, DC-coupled outputs for CV applications, digital I/O (ADAT, S/PDIF, Word Clock) and a headphone output with three modes. It is ideal for studio expansion.
