BOX NOW is a service that allows the shipment and delivery of parcels to specific pick-up points (lockers). This way, you can collect your package at any time of the day that suits you, from the locker of your choice. The process is simple: you place your order online at djmania.gr, select “BOX NOW” as the delivery method, and choose the nearest locker.

As soon as your order is delivered to the locker, you will receive a 6-digit code via email or SMS. All you need to do is enter this code at the locker you selected. The compartment door will open immediately, allowing you to collect your parcel

All BOX NOW lockers operate exclusively using solar energy and do not consume electricity. As a result, the BOX NOW service is a sustainable choice with zero environmental impact

Of course! As soon as we hand over your parcel to the BOX NOW service, you will receive the tracking number via email or SMS. If you want to see exactly where your package is, simply enter this number on the official BOX NOW website.

From the moment your parcel is delivered to the locker, you have 48 hours to collect it. If you wish, you can extend this period by an additional 24 hours through the official BOX NOW website. During this time, you will receive reminder notifications to collect your package so you don’t forget.

When the locker you selected is full at the time of delivery, BOX NOW transfers your parcel to the nearest available locker to avoid any delay in delivery.
